What kind of closures or fitments are available?

Fitments are the closures used to seal bottles. We typically use 3 types of fitments: dropper tops, caps, and spray tops. We can provide you with a fitment recommendation based on the herbal extract you create.

What sizes of bottles can I have my herbal extract put in?
|
|
The typical bottling options are 1, 2, and 4 ounce bottles. Consider the ”size to price” differences in your marketing analysis. We are limited to using round bottles if we are to label them for you. We can also bottle in 8 and 16 ounce bottle sizes. If you choose to bottle your product yourself or have them bottled elsewhere, we can provide you with bulk manufacturing from 5 gallon pails to 55 gallon drums.

Will the bottles be tamper proof?
|

We utilize shrink bands to provide tamper evidence. The bands are usually white, though they are sometimes available in clear depending upon the size required. For spray top bottles, we recommend shrink wrapping in order to provide tamper evidence.
